Denton Program Cargo for St Kitts

Air Force flight crew and other officials await the offloading of the humanitarian shipment

A humanitarian shipment under the Denton Program was delivered to St. Kitts. The 2500-pound shipment worth US$6642 was organized by U.S.-based Community Bikes Inc. and Kittitian national Dr. Cedric Francis and facilitated by the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Embassy personnel.

The Denton Programme of the US Military provided free transportation and assistance for the material donated.

This shipment arrived at the Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport, St. Kitts early Saturday afternoon on a US Military aircraft.

Chuck Fox, founder of Fox’s Community Bike Programme, made the presentation of bicycles to St. Kitts officials.

Also arriving as part of the shipment on Saturday were several medical supplies that have been donated to the JNF General hospital, contributed by Kittitian, Dr. Cedric Francis, who resides in the USA.
